1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Praise Desk, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Subscription and Billing

We offer a 14-day free trial for new users. After the trial period expires, you will be billed according to the subscription plan you selected during checkout via Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services in any way that is unlawful, illegal, or unauthorized. You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature. You may not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Praise Desk and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Praise Desk or its suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
