We built Praise Desk to bridge that gap. With our NFC review cards, we made it effortless for customers to leave a review right at the point of sale. But we didn't stop there. We added smart gatekeeping to catch negative feedback before it goes public, and integrated AI to ensure every customer feels heard with an instant, personalized reply.
